It is just 3 hours to go before the 2009 ALMA Awards night. Mexican and American actress Salma Hayek will receive the 2009 Anthony Quinn Award for Industry Excellence while Founder of Golden Boy Promotions Oscar De La Hoya will receive the 2009 Special Achievement in Sports Television. Kat De Luna will receive the “Female Rising Star” award while David Archuleta will rececive the “Male Rising Star” award. The Fashion Icon Awards this year will goes to the most number of online votes.
