Here are the nominees for the Hot New Star category for the 2009 Mnet 20’s Choice Award:

2NE1’s another nomination is 2009 Mnet 20’s Choice Award Hot New Star. They got 34% (395,977) in poll but not enough to beat Wang Suk Hyun (왕석현), a new kid on the block who made his first movie debut in “Speedy Scandal.” Other nominees were Korean F4 Lee Minho (이민호), Jang Gi Ha and the Faces (장기하와 얼굴들) who gained fame in their single “Ssaguryo Coffee” (Cheap Coffee), and Kim So Eun (김소은) who is best known for her role in “Boys Over Flowers” as Chu Ga-eul.
